You can share games with a friend or family member using their Xbox profiles. Another advantage of Xbox game sharing is that it allows you to share your games with other Xboxes. Can the non-home console play digital games as well?
No, you do not need two Xbox Live accounts for two consoles. You can share one Xbox Live subscription across multiple consoles within your home network. All you need to do is log in to your account on any of the consoles, then select the Home Xbox option in the Settings area. Xbox features a Home Gold account, which allows you to designate one console as the “Home” Xbox and two additional consoles as “Guest” Xboxes.

In order to use the same account on two Xboxes, the user should set up their account on the second console. This can be done by signing into their existing Xbox account with their email address and password, or the user can create a new account if they haven’t done so already. Anybody can play any game on the console you set as your home console and you don't need to be signed in. And I think people can also play on the other console if your profile is signed in. You can only be signed in on a console at a time.

We have Att and their router and I don’t have access to it. But my hubby and I just want to play destiny on my Xbox one and his shiny new Xbox one and we can’t. Bah doublebah two hours on the phone and then transferred and of course that part is closed.

Now just purchase one copy on either box under your gamertag and both boxes have access to it. I setup yesterday the DMZ for the xbox one, and got finally open nat. Then today when I was playing it went to STRICT back. The stupid DD-WRT on my Linksys1200 is not doing the “clear port at startup from the uPNP”.

Com, navigate to the My Games & Apps section and then select Manage Game & Add-Ons. From there, you can select which games and/or add-ons you would like to transfer, click the Transfer option and then select the account you want to transfer them to. Any games purchased by other members of the family can also be shared with the entire family, allowing everyone to enjoy the game no matter who originally purchased it.
Can I have two accounts set to my home Xbox?
To begin, each Xbox console should be set up separately, with each console user’s personal account signed in on the console. This will allow access to the Xbox Live service, as well as any games or services purchased from the Xbox Live Marketplace. You can only have one home Xbox because Xbox Live allows each console to connect to Xbox Live services with a single profile.

Yes, you can definitely transfer your games from one Microsoft account to another. The process is actually quite simple and should only take a few minutes to complete. Just follow the steps below and you’ll be good to go!. Logically specified ports on port forwarding must be open for first xbox and all ports must be already open for second xbox due to DMZ. I have the Nighthawk 1900 smart wifi router and i have Comcast for my isp. I know nothing about how i am suppose to make these work together.
Is Xbox One game sharing legal?
I know this router has UPnP capabilities but not sure how ‘good’ it is… Please advise. Starting a class action lawsuit against Microsoft. I have five Xbox One’s and cannot play on the same network. Anyone interested in getting in on the lawsuit you must have more then one console and have had the issues of not being able to game with someone else on the network.
I’m upstairs in my cave and he’s downstairs in his lair and to not make the wife crazy with yelling to each other, we are forced to use xbox party chat. Voice chat worked for a while and then stopped. Reforming the party made it work again for a couple of minutes and then the voice part stopped working.
Going to suggest you also do DHCP-baed static IPs internally on your LAN for the two X-Boxes, which may help keep the UPNP port mappings to stay correct longer. I would check if there is a new firmware for the Apple Router, else look into buying another one or if you are a techie then make a virtual router as I described in my other blogpost. As far as I know it’s not possible to use two different ADSL connections on the same telephone line.

Next power router back on; once the router has completely returned to operational state power on your Xbox ones. Every time the router is reset the Xbox ones need to be powered down before powering up your router. Any assistance you can think of would be greatly appreciated, as I’m pulling what little hair I have left out at this point. I’ve also left posts on Microsoft’s support forums and a couple of gaming boards, and will update here if we get it figured out.
I think it's best to give your kids their own gamertags. That way they can unlock their own achievements, have their own game saves etc. and if they're old enough to play online, they can have their own friends lists. You can also set up parental controls if you want to. Good luck I have really enjoyed having 2 machines.
So if I wanna play in the living room on my gamertag the bedroom has no access to games . My son is 7 and it is easy enough to create account with no purchasing privileges. So pretty much everyone has access to everything on your "Home Xbox" the other Xbox will be useless (no access to your gold/no access to your games) without your gamertag signed in. With an Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can access your library of content across multiple devices for as long as your subscription remains active. No, Xbox Game Pass is limited to one device only. You won’t be able to use the same account on multiple devices at the same time.
